Come and get involved in the Franklin Master Plan. Franklin's Master Plan Committee is hosting a Public outreach meeting.  They are looking to provide an update on the process and want your feedback.  The outreach will be held at the Town Hall, in the Town Council Chambers at 6:30PM.  Hope to see you there!
