Are you interested in growing some of your own food, but lack the space to do so? Well, there's a great opportunity for Franklin residents! The Franklin Community Gardens, administered through the Town of Franklin Recreation Department, lease individual raised beds within the garden space on King Street. Registration for the year starts February 1st, with returning gardeners given first priority to renew their beds. You can register by contacting the Town Recreation Department. There is an annual fee of $40, with a program to assist those for whom that fee might pose a hardship.
